Unlike conventional ovens, the Excellence oven features heating elements inside the chamber for direct radiant cooking, promoting browning (Maillard reaction).

- Control: Steam exhaust damper (oura) included to dry the atmosphere if necessary.
- Included: Delivered ready to use with 2 charcuterie trays and 2 pastry baking sheets.
- Construction: 304L stainless steel interior and exterior.
