Our history

1947
Jean Louis Delrue designs and builds his first oven to help out a butcher friend in Bondues (59). This event marks the launch of the brand and the company.

1950
Participation in the Lille International Exhibition and showcasing of ovens designed for baking pâtés.

1969
First move to Tourcoing, near the train station (59).
1984
Relocation to 103 rue du Levant in Tourcoing, the company’s current headquarters.
2007
Participation in the first SIRHA (International Catering and Hospitality Exhibition).
2019
The company is taken over by the third generation and Caroline Vidal becomes its president.
2025
The company is taken over by Baptiste BIGO.
