This “Essentials” range focuses on the caterer’s main need: fast heating. With 3.3 kW of ventilated power, the temperature rise is immediate.
- Construction: All stainless steel, high-performance thermal insulation.
- Control: Simple and reliable electromechanical thermostat (60-200°C).
- Ergonomics: 4 swivel wheels including 2 with brakes, and folding side handles to save space during transport.
- Maintenance: Interior racks removable without tools.
